How it goes

Tracked from enquiry to door.

Five statuses. You see the same ones we do.

  1. 01

    Enquiry received

You tell us the product, the quantity and where it should end up. A photo or a link is enough to start.

  2. 02

    Quote sent

Within a few days you get a landed price: goods, freight, duties, delivery. One number, no surprises later.

  3. 03

    Supplier confirmed

Samples or specifications approved by you. We place the order and pay the supplier.

  4. 04

    In transit

Consolidated, inspected, loaded by sea or air. You get the tracking and the documents.

  5. 05

    Delivered

Customs cleared and delivered to your warehouse or store. Then we ask what is next.

Lanes

Manila and Clark, both ways.

Sea freight moves through the ports of Manila, air freight through Manila and Clark. Most orders travel one of these lanes. If your supplier or your buyer is somewhere else, the lane follows the product: anywhere with a port or an airport.

The promise

Peks man.

PEKS MAN cross my heart

In Tagalog, peks man is what you say when you cross your heart. It is also how IMPEX sounds to a Filipino ear. So it became the rule for how we quote and deliver.

  • Quoted is quoted.

The landed price we send is the price you pay. If a supplier changes terms, we tell you before anything is ordered.

  • Dated is dated.

Every timeline includes the margin for customs and weather. We give you the honest date, not the best case.

  • One person answers.

One contact from enquiry to delivery. You never explain your order twice.

About

From the Philippines, in every direction.

Global Nature Impex Inc. is an import and export company in Angeles City, next to Clark Freeport and an hour from the ports of Manila. We buy goods for businesses wherever they are made and bring them in; we buy Philippine goods and send them out. One contact, one invoice, one landed price.

Questions

Asked before ordering.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum from us. Suppliers have their own minimums; we tell you what they are and, where possible, group your order with others to reach them.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. We order samples, check them and send them to you before you commit to a production order. Sample costs are itemised in the quote.

Who handles customs?

We do. Import permits, valuation, duties and taxes are part of the landed price. You receive the cleared goods and the paperwork.

How do payments work?

A deposit on order confirmation, the balance before shipping. We pay the supplier, so you deal with one invoice in one currency.

How long does it take?

Air freight is typically one to two weeks door to door. Sea freight from East Asia is typically four to six weeks including customs. Production time is quoted per order.

Which countries do you source from?

Any country where the product is made. Most of our orders come from Korea, China, Japan, Europe and the Middle East, but the lane follows the product.

Do you also export from the Philippines?

Yes. We buy and ship Philippine goods for buyers abroad: food products, natural materials, furniture, handicrafts and manufactured items. Export documents and freight included.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Most clients are small and mid-sized companies. If the order is too small to make sense, we say so and suggest a better way.

Enquiry

Tell us what to move.
