What you get

On the invoice.

  • Landed price quote covering freight, duties, taxes and delivery
  • Sea freight (FCL and LCL) and air freight booked and tracked
  • Import permits and customs clearance in the Philippines
  • Cargo insurance arranged per shipment
  • Delivery to Metro Manila and the provinces

One price for the whole route

Most freight quotes stop at the port. Ours stop at your door: freight, insurance, port charges, duties, VAT, brokerage and trucking are on one page, so the price you compare is the price you pay.

Sea or air

Air when the goods are light, urgent or valuable. Sea when there is volume and time. Often both: a first batch by air to start selling, the rest by sea. We tell you which makes sense for the order.

Customs in the Philippines

Bureau of Customs procedures, import permits for regulated goods (food, cosmetics, medical devices, electronics with NTC requirements) and correct tariff classification are the difference between a container that arrives and a container that waits. We handle this with a licensed customs broker and keep you informed at every step.

How it goes

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Quote

One landed price for the whole route, with the assumptions written down.

  2. 02

    Book

Vessel or flight booked, pickup at the supplier arranged.

  3. 03

    Consolidate

Several suppliers, one container. Labelled per store if you need it.

  4. 04

    Clear

Documents filed, duties paid, goods released.

  5. 05

    Deliver

To your address, with the paperwork.

Questions

Asked before ordering.

Who handles customs?

We do. Import permits, valuation, duties and taxes are part of the landed price. You receive the cleared goods and the paperwork.

How long does it take?

Air freight is typically one to two weeks door to door. Sea freight from East Asia is typically four to six weeks including customs. Production time is quoted per order.

How do payments work?

A deposit on order confirmation, the balance before shipping. We pay the supplier, so you deal with one invoice in one currency.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Most clients are small and mid-sized companies. If the order is too small to make sense, we say so and suggest a better way.

Enquiry

Tell us what to move.
