About sourcing
Fabric rolls, swatches, a tape measure and electronics samples on a yellow background

What you get

On the invoice.

  • Supplier shortlist with prices, minimums and lead times
  • Samples ordered, inspected and forwarded to you
  • Purchase placed and paid in the supplier's currency
  • Pre-shipment inspection with photos and a report
  • Orders from several suppliers consolidated into one shipment

What sourcing means here

Sourcing is the part before the shipping. You tell us what you need; we find where it is made, who sells it at the right quality, and what it really costs once minimums, packaging and payment terms are counted.

We work with brand distributors when the brand matters and with factories when the specification matters. In both cases we get samples before you commit, and we inspect before anything is loaded.

Typical requests

  • A retailer wants a range of small kitchen appliances from Korea with local plugs and manuals.
  • A clinic needs a specific skincare device and consumables, registered for the Philippines.
  • A workshop needs a packaging line, spare parts for two years and someone to check it works before it ships.
  • An online seller needs 500 units of a product they found on a marketplace, but from the actual factory.

What it costs

Sourcing is priced as a percentage of the order or a fixed fee for small projects, stated in the quote before you decide. Samples and inspections are itemised.

How it goes

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Brief

Product, quantity, target price, destination. A link, a photo or a spec sheet.

  2. 02

    Shortlist

Two or three suppliers with real quotes, minimums and timelines.

  3. 03

    Samples

We order, check and send samples. You approve or we look again.

  4. 04

    Order

We place the order, pay the supplier and follow production.

  5. 05

    Ship

Inspected, consolidated, shipped. Continues under Logistics.

Questions

Asked before ordering.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum from us. Suppliers have their own minimums; we tell you what they are and, where possible, group your order with others to reach them.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. We order samples, check them and send them to you before you commit to a production order. Sample costs are itemised in the quote.

How do payments work?

A deposit on order confirmation, the balance before shipping. We pay the supplier, so you deal with one invoice in one currency.

Which countries do you source from?

Any country where the product is made. Most of our orders come from Korea, China, Japan, Europe and the Middle East, but the lane follows the product.

Enquiry

Tell us what to move.
