What you get

On the invoice.

  • Producer search and quotation in your currency
  • Purchase, quality check and export packing
  • Export documents, certificates of origin, phytosanitary and FDA paperwork where needed
  • Sea or air freight to your port or door
  • Repeat orders scheduled and tracked

What leaves the Philippines with us

Food products (dried mango, coconut products, banana chips, sauces), natural materials (abaca, coconut fibre, rattan, bamboo), furniture and handicrafts, garments and manufactured goods from Philippine factories. If a producer exists, we can buy from them and get the goods out.

Why an exporter, not a producer

Producers are good at producing. Export packing, certificates, freight consolidation and the follow-up when a shipment sits at a port are a different job. We do that job, so you deal with one company that answers e-mails and one invoice.

Where it goes

Most of our export enquiries come from Asia and the Middle East, but we ship anywhere with a port or an airport.

How it goes

Step by step.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

What you need, how much, and where it should arrive.

  2. 02

    Producers

We find and visit the producers, and send samples.

  3. 03

    Order

We buy, inspect and pack for export.

  4. 04

    Documents

Certificates, permits and invoices prepared and checked.

  5. 05

    Ship

Freight to your destination, tracked to the door.

Questions

Asked before ordering.

Do you also export from the Philippines?

Yes. We buy and ship Philippine goods for buyers abroad: food products, natural materials, furniture, handicrafts and manufactured items. Export documents and freight included.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. We order samples, check them and send them to you before you commit to a production order. Sample costs are itemised in the quote.

How long does it take?

Air freight is typically one to two weeks door to door. Sea freight from East Asia is typically four to six weeks including customs. Production time is quoted per order.

How do payments work?

A deposit on order confirmation, the balance before shipping. We pay the supplier, so you deal with one invoice in one currency.
